Small Business Submission
I'd like to kick off a fun new way to foster the connection in our community: Gift Card Monday! This movement provides a SIMPLE way for community members to support small businesses AND keep money in our local economy. This is also a great way to spread a little kindness to friends and family and get them to visit your favorite local shop! It's a win-win for everyone involved :)
- Who can apply: Small businesses in Cheboygan, mom and pop shops, Etsy shops, Service-Based businesses. If it's locally owned and operated, and you accept gift cards/certificates, then you're more than welcome to join in and send your info below! I will not be accepting or promoting corporate owned businesses/chains such as McDonald's, Walmart, Circle K, etc.
- What does it involve: I'll do a short interview to highlight you/what your business does, and we'll do a Live interview, or we can do the interview through another medium and I can transcribe it to post on social media! You will need to have your own platform to take payments (i.e. a link to your e-gift cards) as I will not be taking payments for your business. You can promote and share the details as much or as little as you want, and your level of involvement is up to you!
- What value can LSP add: For any gift card purchase over $150 to your business, I will match with a gift certificate for photography services or wall art at no cost to you or the customer buying your gift cards.
